Hello! My name is Anais Weckert and I am an Associate Broker of Real Estate working with the Prudential Team here in Santa Fe!  I grew up in Santa Fe's Historic Guadalupe District and currently live in the neighborhood.  Additionally, my family owns property and runs an Art Gallery on upper Agua Fria. This is also my area of expertise with regard to real estate.  I know the neighborhood and have seen its growth throughout the past 15 years.  The new development in The Railyard and the planned return of the train is changing the face of real estate in this area. Although Anais grew up in Santa Fe, her family spent extensive time traveling throughout Canada, the United States, Mexico and Central America. Additionally, Anais’ mother is a well-known Santa Fe artist which has added an artistic and architectural perspective to her real estate expertise. Anais traveled through Europe and lived in Zurich, Switzerland before attending The University of New Mexico and earning a Bachelors Degree in Marketing in 2001. During her time at UNM, Anais managed the university’s five computing environments, conducting various training programs giving her a technological edge that very few possess. After college Anais spent two years in Boston, Massachusetts gaining valuable experience before returning to The Land of Enchantment to pursue a career in real estate. As a New Mexico native and fluent Spanish speaker with a strong business background, Anais has devoted herself to working with both buyers and sellers to assist them in attaining their real estate goals. “I’ve grown up in Santa Fe-I know where the city has come from and where it is going.
